Game ON ‘elements’ goes to Rockhampton

Rockhampton Regional Council’s Arts and Cultural Services Unit, in association with COIN, is proud to host four game development workshops presented by four international-standard, professional game developers from the International Game Developers Association on the weekend of 31 July and 1 August, 2010.
Chair of Community Development and Customer Service, Deputy Mayor Cr Rose Swadling said the Elements of Gaming workshops are suitable for young adults over fourteen years, tertiary students in Creative Industries and members of the public with an interest in game design. “The workshops will focus on four elements of game development – audio, art, design and writing,” Cr Swadling said.
